I've also heard that oil or oregano kills yeast. I haven't tried it, but am

thinking about it.

probiotics and treating yeast

Hi K.,

I have the th1 probiotic and have just stared taking a few primal

defense capsules a day. Had to start out slowly. Presently I don't

think I'm taking enough probiotics to make a big impact. I'm now

taking between 10-15 billion per day. I wanted to ask you what you

were treating with the grapefruit seed extract (I assume yeast) and

if you remember what kind or brand you used. I've also ordered some

200:1 aloe vera concentrate to try. It is perservative free but I'm

not sure how to mix it yet for the proper concentration. It comes in

powder form--very hard to find. I agree that treating and healing

gut is essential to recovery.

may find Flagyl beneficial-not for me).

1)via a particular type of grapefruit seed extract in vegetable

glycerin-started with 1 drop in 4 oz. of water, 3 times daily working

up to 4 drops/4 oz. water, 3 times daily for 3 months.

Would you mind sharing where you got the 200:1 aloe vera concentrate?
