Guest guest Posted June 8, 2001 Report Share Posted June 8, 2001 Never heard of them. According to Dr Cheney, Mg glycinate transports easily across the blood-brain barrier. Also read that the citrate (if you're not allergic to citrus) forms of minerals are effective. Will be interesting to see what you find out about Orotates.
