I think I can offer you an explanation. There is a Czech dietologist who dealt with this problem. Her work is based on Adamo's knowledge but she also thinks that Rh factor plays it's role. What is most interesting, she says that even when we eat right for our type, due to stress and how we face it may cause an illness.....and when we keep eating the food we consider best for us, we get even worse. In other words: yin types (A1and A2, natural vegetarians) are acid...under the prolonged stress become extremely acid and at a certain point switch into extremely basic, yang type (at this time the ill cascade of problems has started).....he naturally keeps the acid diet (veggies, fruits) and this makes things worse and here comes the vicious circle. Your body feels better when you eat meat....that's right, because to regain a balance, A types should eat the exact opposite - like 0 type...until your body switches back to its natural state. When this happens, you would feel worse after eating meat and would tolerate vegetables and fruits better. This is true at least in my case..I am A2 Rh+ Hope this may help Stania
