Guest guest
Hi, Do a lot of you feel dizzy a lot or nauseated all the time? I have FMS and CFS, among other problems. I was just wondering if you have these symptoms as well. As you probably all can relate to, when you have several symptoms and several health concerns, it is difficult to distinguish which is attributed to FMS and which is attributed to some other problem. Lynn (In case you haven't noticed, I have recently come out of lurk mode).
Guest guest
Yes. Dizziness is from from hypotension. Nausea is less common I think. In my case it is normally from taking vitamins or medications on an empty stomach. Or sometimes for causes unknown. Sipping Apple Cider Vinegar in water helps the nausea. Guest guest
Dear Lynn, I have been feeling nauseated and dizzy (to the less extent) for about a month now. I started to worsen in November. Headaches are bad too. I thought the nausea may be caused by poor liver functioning, so milk thistle would be helpful. This is not my case so I searched the net and found out that these symptoms may relate to hypothyroidism (along with fatigue, muscle and joint pain and others symptoms common in CFS and FMS). I am hypothyroid and already take levothyroxin but probably need to increase my dose. For detailed info you may wish to check http://thyroid.about.com Hope this will help a bit :-) Stania Re: Dizzy or nauseated? > > Hi, > > Do a lot of you feel dizzy a lot or nauseated all the time? > I have FMS and CFS, among other problems.
