hi

coconut oil is a great antiviral to take.

i used to take monlaurin(lauricidin) one capsule at a time, its best

taken every eight hours like medication to really work. i stopped only as i

kept forgeting to take it round the clock, cannot wake myself up to meet that

schedule, need my sleep first.
