Research project on the Human Rights Violations of HIV Positive People

Dear group members,

I am Nithya, a student of II M.A. Human Rights In Ethiraj College, Chennai.

I am doing a research project on the Human Rights Violations of HIV Positive

People. As regards details about myself, Im one of the first batch of students

of M.A. Human Rights course. This course was begun in 2002-03, with the approval

of the University Grants Commission. We are to present projects on various

violations of human rights, and I have chosen this topic.

I would like to talk to people in India, preferably in Chennai, so that i can

discuss the issue at length with them, and also get valuble insights and
