It improved my sleep considerably, but I reluctantly discontinued use because of bleeding and cramps. I can't seem to find information; I tried research but it seems sparse. My endo confused the amount of Estrogen with the amount of Progestin in the patch. This may have been the beginning of my problems. She diagnosed the higher dose progesterone patch when I'd hadn't tolerated any of the progesterone available. This was my last shot. And it worked. Until the fourth patch when my problems began.
