Guest guest Posted June 27, 2002 Report Share Posted June 27, 2002 Hello everyone, I've been having some strange new symptoms that I've not had before. I've been on heparin for about 10 weeks but recently stopped due to the new symptoms. I'm feeling very weak and shaky, short of breath, and I've developed night sweats. Heart palpitations are very frequent. My arms feel as if they've been sunburned. I think I should be in the hospital for a full work-up. Does anybody know what could be causing this? It doesn't seem like any Herxheimer reaction I've ever heard of, especially because I've got no fever. Thanks very much.
