Sublingual Magnesium spray - dose

I was told by my local doc, whose son is a Cheney patient and is taking the

Ionic Magnesium, that the dose is two sprays under the tongue, three to four

times a day.

The bottle says it should be done with a 15-minute window of no food, beverage

or teeth-brushing either before or after spraying.

It's cheap, the bottle lasts quite awhile, it doesn't taste bad, and it's easy.
