Kathy, I remember when I was at the nutricology site they had good listings

for their glandular products and an explanation b/t the difference b/t cortex

vs whole. Outer and Innner adrenals produce different hormones--one does

mainly cortisol and other does adrenal. Since most adrenals stress index

tests such as the ASI from DiagnosTechs test cortisol who knows if one should

be taking the adrenal tissue also. Too many opinions when it comes to

adrenals and if and how to support them if they need it. Maybe try the

products yourself and see if you can tell the difference. If ASI shows low

cortisol then you know you at least need cortisol support, so it's more of a

question of whether you need the adrenal too. Just my opinion.

My NAET practitioner (chiropractor) tested me against a whole slew of things,

and this one (Cortrex) popped out as giving me a strong positive response.

There is no soy or yeast. Thorne Products are the most hypoallergenic ones I

know of.

No problemo - I just take awhile to catch up with the hundreds of postings that

accumulate in between " good days " when I can sit at the computer for several

hours!
