Hey Trudy-

Congratulations on being stinky! I am so jealous. Don't you just visualize

all those nasty toxins being chased out of your body?

Ok let me see...regarding the liquid multimin...as with all her books, she

is trying to accommodate those that know their levels and those that don't.

She addresses the supplementation issue in a variety of ways: 1. a must

with every sauna session 2. guidelines for those who know their levels

and how to supplement deficiencies 3. guidelines for those who don't know

their levels and how to supplement based on symptoms 4. Phase I/Phase II

supplementation. 5. Opening Channels / Restoration /

Detoxification/Attending to the gut.

The mandatory with every one half hour sauna session is the liq mins/mag

chl/coral calcium/trisalts. This is adjusted depending on the type of

trisalts the user takes.

Examples of other additional supplementation :

1. woozy and weak = extra water/potass citrate or complexed potass/calcium

citrate/zinc policinate/coral calcium or calcium citrate/multplex1/detox

enama and/or detox cocktail/sea salt/Braggs apple cider vinegar.

2. Phase I/II detox =

vitc/glutathione/ALA/qgel/kyolic/indolplex/micohydrin/ginkogo/nonhydrolyzed

whey/l-arginin/cartoinine/rthysilin/thionac/alpha keto-glcaric

acid/immupower/immunpro/seavive/taurine/phoscol/opc./indolplex/tmg/calciumdg

lucarate/glycine/msm/dhea/qgel/dgl/detox factors/cytoredoxin

3. Emergency program: lie down, feet up, water and tri salts. Depending

on reaction, tepid shower.

This is the idea of what she writes about. Obviously not all to be taken at

once..it is explained how to supplement to that batch of symptoms.

I am probably frustrating you as the amount of info in the chapter is

so huge and tailored to what the reader is trying to do. In some cases

depending on the readers situation, one might double of triple the liquid

mins. In another situation, it might be to take one or more of those listed

above.

on hand in case of feeling woozy, weak, exhausted, muscle cramps, spasms,

cardiac arrhythmia or other symptoms. Also, a tepid shower to do a slow cool

down can be appropriate for some.

FYI

The only time I have ever been stinky was while I was taking NDF which is

supposed to chelate mercury. It is controversial, some say it works and

others say there is no good proof. I improved a lot on it, but also started

B12 at the same time so it is hard to say for sure which caused the

improvement. But without a doubt I can say that there was a direct

correlation because the NDF and the stinky sweat.

Thanks,

Doris
