Hi Lynn,

This is a little late. I have a water filtration system that hooks up to the

kitchen faucet. It alkalizes, oxygenates, adds magnetic and FIR energy, and

adds coral calcium and magnesium, as well as filters down to .10 micron. It

is really nice. It tastes wonderful and you can do strength tests to see how

good it is for you.

Wayne,

I was taking 10 to 15 drops of h202 in a glass of water every day for about

2 years and wiping my face with a few drops of 3% on a cotton ball daily .

My body eventually became very acidic. My skin started to dry out and I was

developing a few polyps.. including multiple tiny ones also around the

eyes.. I can't tell you if it was all related to the h202 but I have since

backed off to 5 drops a day in water and occasionally wiping my face with 3%

h202.

When you say you don't notice any ill effects, keep in mind the ill effects

may wait until the h202 level is too high for your body before they manifest

themselves. The effects of h202 are not only what you can see and feel but

can include cell damage that you do not see and feel. Exercise caution! This

is not an exact science. Also remember more is not always better.

I am not certain of all the things you should do when ingesting h202,

perhaps someone can add what I have missed... take vitamin C and vitamin E

supplements and a quality source of essential fatty acids(I like Udo's

Choice Ultimate Oil Blend)

God Bless,

Evening Ken,

IN your previous message, I was going to ask, how many is a FEW.

35% drops. I have started at 1 drop 35% in a glass of distilled water and

increased to 12 drops 35% in a glass with no ill effects. 1 drop 35%

equals 11 drops of 3%.

Seems you answered it. A few is 8 to 12 drops.

I worked up to 12 and 15 drops in short order. Never had any problem

whatsoever.

The big problem I had was going by the rules relative to eating timing

and H2O.

Finally, I ignored all the rules and ate when I wanted to and used the

H2O without regard to what I had eaten. Still no problem.

At times, I would munch on food and drink the H20 like it was water.

I never found the taste bad and was surprised how it goes down so

easy. I will finish a glass or H20 and water faster than I normally drink

water.

Seems there are some specific foods that should not be mixed with H20.

### Here is a statement from Ed McCabe regarding hydrogen peroxide

internal useage. pg 146 of Flood Your Body With Oxygen

" Let me be clear once again. I no longer advocate oral use of peroxide

for Americans with jobs, snaitation, and the best medical infrastructure

in the world (even if it does need tuning). I did so back 14 years ago

when there were few choices of home supplementation oxygenerators

available; but with so many new choices around us, it is time to move on

up to modern levels of safer sophistication. "

and a quote from Dr. Freibott

" The practice of using Hydrogen Peroxide, especially by oral

consumption was promoted by Fr. Wihelm and his associate, Walter Grotz.

This is another method of oxygen therapy usage, but it's oral usage is

hampered by several dreawbacks. Externally, Hydrogen Peroxide has many

uses. it's history in healthcare dates back propr to the turn of the

century and several advisors of our German Insitute were the patent

holders for the manufactuee of HP. The main drawbacks to oral

consumption rest in the dissociation of free hydrogen, causing an upset

in the ph of the gastrointesitial tract. This factor combined with

taste issue limit the amount of consumption one can have orally of

hydrogen peroxide. The discovery of homozon . . .revolutionized oral HP

consumption radically. One teaspoon of Homozon taken orally far exceeds

the amount of avaialable oxygen from the largest dose one could safely

take orally of HP 35% with none of the detrimental side effects

(nausaea, pH imbalance, possible burning sensations on skin or mucosea,

etc " ) found with HP 35% and it's stabilizers "

end quotes.

So I could see from this info that negative hp reports are valid. I

know I don't do well on it.

Blessings

Donna
