Guest guest
I am infinitely grateful that I have a meditation practice. It has allowed me to detach my identification with my body which is very ill and to witness my life experience from a place of deep peace and coherence. My husband, daughter and I also play instruments that from India and we chant. It is incredibly helpful to chant and experience the powerful vibrations of the instruments as well as the use of my voice. This practice helps me overcome my preoccupation with my suffering which has grown more challenging. I can go from hopelessness to joy with a 15 minute practice. Kundalini, when awakened can be very hard on a sick body. It's like running 100 watts through a twenty watt container. Dr Cheney and I talked about this. I do think that many healing modalities are beneficial and I have explore many, many many! L > Has anyone heard of " Energy " related healing.
