In our work, we avoid making a photo show publicity of what we do for PLWHA and leave it to them to determine what radio and TV appearances they opt to participate in. If such programs concern children living with HIV/AIDS one should act even more cautiously. However, we have been persuading PLWHA that lecturing the public about reducing stigma would help only if PLWHA take the courage to speak publicly about the Virus. PLWHA, in our view are the most important human resource we have for creating awareness and changing behavior. They would not be able to play that role of they are timid or speculate on the impact of speaking up. Please keep fighting and you will help us all save millions all over the world. .
