Dear All,

This is a serious human rights violation and must be condemned at all cost. At

the same time we must initiate a dialogue with the Press Council of India and

the Medical Council of India to issue guidelines that protect the

confidentiality of all AIDS infected persons. It is high time we held our media

and the medical profession accountable for their deeds that violate people's

dignity and respect and their very human rights.

We could begin by a letter to the Press Council of India and the Medical Council

and collect all our signatures on it before we send it out.
