Guest guest
Dear friends, I subscribed to this group to ask a questions which preoccupies us here in Russia. You possibly know the Russia is a leader in speed of AIDS spread. Mostly through ID usage. (If interested contact me and I will sen× you a full epidemic description). At the same time there is no possibilities to get treated for there are only brands ARV registered in our country. I heard a lot about generics of Cipla but when contacting there office here in Moscow I received an answer that the process of registering generic ARV takes too much time here. I know people, my friends and colleagues, who are in a great need of ARV right now. They are dying. The state can't afford to get them treated for free (though it is supposed to do upon the laws). Doctors would prescribe generics if patients had it. Could someone share the experience on how to resolve the problem. How to save lives? I would appreciate any suggestion or information.
