Guest guest
Dear All, I am a little confused with the responses regarding Govt of India's plans to initiate ARV programs. It appear from various comments that the Govt of India is doomed either way, whether it offers ARV or not. If it does it is accused of being in a hurry and not well prepared. If it does not then it is accused of being careless and negligent. By expecting the best (perfect) right from the word go is fine, but criticizing any/all initiative/s of the government we are making perfect, the enemy of good. Guest guest
Two responses. From Amitava Mookerjee and Dr. Sharad M. Tanga. [Moderator] Dear Forum, I couldnt agree more than this candid observation by V.B.Reddy. " It appear from various comments that the Govt of India is doomed either way, whether it offers ARV or not " . It is time we all woke upto the realities and got on with our work rather than partake in the negative task of just criticising. We fully concur with his opinion. Dr. Sharad M. Tanga E-mail:sharadt@...
