Guest guest
MJH, it said that mercurochrome was either 24% or 26% mercury. Everyone who used it raved about it's healing power but since everything we put on the skin goes dirctly into our bloodstream, how could putting so much mercury on us be any good. Gosh, is this a source of Mercury poisoning?
Guest guest
Hi, Bob. Do you also remember them putting merthiolate on wounds? Merthiolate is also called thimerosol, the culprit in the vaccines that caused autism. Rich MJH, it said that mercurochrome was either 24% or 26% > mercury. I do not remember seeing peole talking how the use of those two products could have led to mercury poisoning. I doesn't take a lot of mercury does it? If vaccines with thimerosol can cause autism then why wouldn't the use of these two products on open wounds lead to mercury damage? Thanks for remembering this one, Bob
Guest guest
Bob, My mom used that on everything too. There were two forms. Merthiolate and Mercurichrome. Does sound like mercury in a bottle doesn't it? Marcia Mercurchrome I am not sure I spelled it correctly. Just watching an old movie and a woman was putting it on her son's wound. My mother always put this stuff on my cuts, insect bites and everything. I remember it was red and with the name it makes me think it had mercury in it. Anyone know?
