CHANGING TOPICS: Please read...

As someone posted only 2 days ago, if the subject of the post changes, PLEASE

CHANGE THE

SUBJECT HEADLINE.

For example: A topic on hair salon chemicals has morphed into talking about DOG

FOOD

and dietary sensitivities and low carbs, etc.. It is no longer talkling about

hair salons.

Some of us have extremely limited energy at times and find it frustrating and a

WASTE of our

" Energy " when we click on a topic (or get if we get it in email digest format)

only to find it has

little to do with the subject headline.

So PLEASE, brain-fog or no brain fog, before you hit " send " , check to see if

you've changed

the subject of the discussion. If so, please change the headline.
