Specifically, what kind of mushrooms are you eating?

Button/crimini/portobello types? Or the known healers like shiitake, maitake

and reishi?

If I have the energy, I am going to try to start growing these in my woods

this year. Once the spores are introduced into the hardwoods, I understand it

will take about a year for them to colonize and produce mushrooms.

About a month ago I tried a 1$ box of fresh mushrooms from the grocery

store.

After only a week or 2, I no longer needed to have an air cleaner running

during a typical day.

I found this to hard to believe, so I forgot.

2 days ago I remembered the mushrooms, and have started them again.

Yesterday I feel 100% for a while, and the only thing different was the

mushrooms.

(I'm still taking proboost, about 1 every other day.)

And since the improvements form last month never went a way, I suspect this

will do it.

But I still have along way to go. On extreme cold days, when the heater is

running all the time, I need to stay in my room with a window open and an air

cleaner running. Especially all night.

(But on days when the weather is nice, and I'm mostly outside all day, and

can get fresh air all night, I'm fine. So I believe its just allergies, and

once there are fixed I'll be able to work full time.)
