Guest guest
Ellen I would take the l-Lysine and vitamin C along with the Nexavir. How did you take the and what brand were you using? Most folks dilute their drops in a cup of hot water and call it 'tea time'. I do not recall dizziness when taking it, but I was pretty much out of it at the time and spending most of my time horizontal. Hope this helps mjh In a message dated 2/24/06 3:24:22 P.M. Maybe when I'm stronger I'll be able to use that instead of nexavir. Ellen
Guest guest
Katrina Alcohol is used as a preservative. When the tincture is added to very hot water, the alcohol evaporates. Your other option is to grow your own and make tea (lemon balm) from the fresh herb. You would need a nice little bit of it to do this. It is easy to grow, and is a hardy herbaceous perennial.... meaning once established it will be with you for many, many years. The planting that have gone wild here was put in in 1976 or 1977. It has had no care for well over five years, probably closer to ten years and just produces away.... MJH In a message dated 2/24/06 3:44:58 P.M. Guest guest
Ellen THis extract seems properlly made. I do not use water when I tincture, but everyone has their own method Someone else on this list was using Supreme.... which is a combination product, not made with fresh and designed for relaxation. And, that it did, though nothing for the anti-viral effect. Try reducing the amount and take it several times a dayand see if that gets around the dizziness issue. And, give it a few days for your body to adjust, too. mjh In a message dated 2/24/06 3:46:01 P.M. For anyone interested, their web site is http://floraleads.com/melissa/. I was putting in an increasing amount of drops in some water. I don't think it was the alcohol affecting me, because I know I can tolerate more alcohol than what was in those drops. Ellen
