Dear FORUM,

India is so complex, so deverse and Manipur is even more complex. Any HIV/AIDS

issue which comes out from the state stirs a controversy. So it is time people

in the state, particularly the leading NGOs, RRTC, Social Welfare, MOSJE, etc.

take a deep breathe and discuss the drug policy issue in a wider forum among

yourselves and save the decorum of this e-forum. Otherwise the hidden intentions

of the agencies will keep on popping up from time to time.
