Guest guest Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 Maxine What I did for my medically fragile son with seasonal allergies is to run the grapefruit and equal amounts of lemon through the juicer and then combine the juice and the solids. I also added raw garlic. It worked for him. But you need to start this BEFORE the season begins. He got about 1T. twice daily on an empty stomach. Nettles tea is another, must be started a couple of months before the allergens rear their heads. Nettles are also very nutritious and since we live on a farm, I am able to harvest them fresh...
