Guest guest
What is it about whey that makes it so good for building glutathione? I contacted WellWisdom for an analysis and they told me that one 5g serving of ImmunePro provides 120 mg of cysteine. It doesn't sound like very much. I eat a fair amount of animal protein and lots of sulfur-containing vegetables (without problems), so why would that not provide sufficient materials? If it's a matter of providing the most of absorbable form, why not just take half a capsule of l-cysteine? Thanks, Ellen
