Guest guest
Hi mjh, Sorry it took me so long to respond, I had a hard time finding the post with the list of high mg foods. Okay, the foods I can't eat are: wheat (of any kind) and oats, this is not a weird reaction, this is celiac. Cottage cheese- digestive upset: severe nausea, gas, bloating, abd pain. Okay, this is the weird part: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, tree nuts of any kind, coconuts, bananas, avacadoes- these will cause my mouth to blister and open in huge sores that will line the sides and top of my mouth. There are several more foods on this list, I only listed the ones that were on your high mg list. What do I eat? A lot of rice, soy, meats, vegetables What did I eat yesterday? breakfast: br rice pancakes with cinnamon, natural peanutbutter, coffee lunch: homemade (everything fresh, even my chicken broth) chicken pot pie supper: rice pasta mac'n'cheese and tuna, spinach snacks: yogurt, fruity pebbles with soy milk (I don't like to eat this much sugar, but it is the only cereal on the market that is gluten free and doesn't cost $5 a box!) You said you used to have significant food allergies, please tell me how this became a " used to " . I really appreciate any input you might have into this, please ask any more questions you might have! Thanks again, Dawn > Dawn> > Specifically, which of the high Magnesium foods are you sensitive too? What > kind of weird food reactions do you have?> > What do you eat?
