I believe they probably missed South Africa.

Does anyone know if it has been reported in any other countries? I

remember reading something about China recently. If it hasn't been

reported yet in many " third " world countries, then it is my guess

that it will be soon - and I guess if you have read my posts on this

list that you can imagine why I think this way.
