Guest guest
Hi Dan, I did a little bit of flax but it does not have the right balance as Hemp oil does. I am not sure why more people are not using it since there is such a problem with toleration or the danger from fish oils. I take 3 a day & my body really responded to it well. it has Omega 3- 185mg Omega 6 -1535 mg Omega 9 -105mg Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil 60 Capsules (1000 mg) by Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil 60 Capsules (1000 mg) : Manitoba HarvestTM Hemp Seed Oil is natures richest source of the Essential Fatty Acids (76%) and is a rich source of GLA (3%). Hemp Seed Oil offers a good balance of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids (3.75 to 1) You can also buy the oil & it has a good nutty flavor I use in smoothies along with hemp protein powder. Here is a store with a good price @ $8 a bottle at Webvitamins _Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil 60 Capsules (1000 mg)_ (http://www.webvitamins.com/product.aspx?id=20228 & wvaid=IN & term=msn)
Guest guest
Most people have an imbalance of omega-3 and 6. Fish oil and sometimes flaxseed oil can help correct the imbalance. Hemp oil has quite a bit of omega-6. mjh From: " Cbuf1920@... " Cbuf1920@... Date: Thu Apr 13, 2006 5:34pm(PDT) Subject: Re: Re HEMP OIL... Guest guest
You may something there - hemp sounds like a good option as i have a feelig GLA is more important than either DHA or EPA long terms in CFS. Regards CS
