Greetings from Dr.S.V.K.Foundation!

Dr.S.V.K.Foundation is a voluntary organization run by qualified

doctors and eminent professors. We have been doing a very good work

in HIV/AIDS. We have done surgeries for the AIDS affected. Ref: Mrs.

Amaravathy a poor patient 36 years old HIV / AIDS affected patient

from a village KUMBAM was operated. We have done surgeries for

Western blot +ve patients. WE have conducted one month programme on

AIDS involving Dean of Madurai Medical College, Superintendent of

Madurai Medical College, Professor and HOD of STD/AIDS department

Madurai medical college in APAC USAID during 2002 LIVE & LET LIVE

programme.

We are quite surprised that in spite of all our efforts

and involvement, it has been a routine practice of Madurai leading

NGOs who deal HIV AIDS to keep on neglecting our organization. We are

committed doctors and life members of CMAI taking pains and

dedication in HIV AIDS field. In spite of the fact that we are not

seeking any financial assistance from INN or the persons involved in

conducting the 7th conference in INN in one of their favourite

hospitals in order to focus that, that particular NGO is alone is

interested in HIV/STD programme.

WE have got a handful of HIV AIDS

patients who were neglected by the so called NGOs and we conducted

deliveries and had done surgeries here in our hospital. Ultimately

any voluntary organization's aim and goal should be the eradication

control of HIV AIDS involving all personals and resources.

Because the VIPs and big buildings are possessed by certain

organization, the technically qualified and dedicated other persons

should never be discarded. Let us all work with Human nature.
