Most folks need a 2:1 ratio of Ca/Mg. However, those with a significant imbalance and those whose bodies do not use Mg properly may well need a 1:1 ratio. Your bones will thank you, too. So, that's pain, brain, heart, enzymes and bones. Don't forget that Mg (and the B vitamins) are water soluble and ends up in the cooking water. Noticably absent from the following is PARSLEY, which is high in Mg.
