Rich

there is a recent post suggesting that Undenatured whey products like

ImmunoPRo might worsen Intestinal yeast overgrowth.

i just noticed this on the Immunopro site:

Candida has also been reported as a possible condition that may cause

intolerance.

i was just wondering if you could way in on this - whether ImmunoPro

might have a negative effect on people with Candida overgrowth. as this

is a common problem in PWCs.

thanks

Hi, Bill.

I've been hopeful that the lactoferrin in ImmunoPro Rx, RenewPro and

The True Whey would be able to suppress the yeast. Perhaps that's

not true in all cases.

As a result of what has been done in autism, I'm now suggesting that

PWCs have their genetic variations characterized using the panel

offered by http://www.testing4health.com for the methylation cycle

related SNPs, and if they know they have detox problems, to also get

the Genovations DetoxiGenomic panel run. I think that the knowledge

of which particular genetic variations are present will permit a

more focused approach to lifting the vicious circle that is holding

the glutathione level down. I now believe that for most PWCs this

will be more effective than the direct approach of trying to raise

glutathione using whey protein products or NAC.

I realize that these panels cost money, but I believe that they will

pay off.
