Guest guest
Hi Diane I had the same problem I found D-Ribose helped massively with this. I used to build up really high amounts of lactic acid and was in pain every day. If I walked anywhere it would be million times worse. On Dr Myhills advice I starting taking D-Ribose and now I couldnt do without it. I have an ongoing magnesium deficiency as well and magnesium has also helped me a bit. From what I understand the 2 work well together. Take Care Lou foxhillers@... wrote: Perhaps your muscles are crying for Magnesium and maybe Potassium. I have been pretty much doing what ever I need to do and trying to figure what I can do to get out of this pain basically. I have suffered muscle tightening more so in legs for 18 months which has retricted me to much and have got around that as much as possible. I have not be able to improve muscle tightness with exercise however much I take it slow. It is always the same result...just like I have been really overworking the muscels and as I have said before the symptom is liken to lactic acid overload but is it...Hubby is saying you really need to see a dr now but what is the point..if I could feel a dr would help then I would.Just would appreciate a little guidance for once. I know that people that have a fair amount of pain often suffer with knee pain also but it is not just the knees, the calfs hurt the ankles hurt and the feet always hurt but this time it is really becoming disabling which is the scary part for me. Something to experiment with is what I need right now. Thanks Dianne
