Ray- very good news!

I was concerned that you guys wouldn't like her plan and this whole

conference call thing might fall apart...

Yipee!!!

Things are going so much better for our group as of late.

People are starting to feel better, more confident about this and

that is infectious in a good way, for a change!

I am very, very excited about the future and I think we will ALL be

instrumental in helping many other's through this.

If I can help one person avoid the feelings of loneliness and despair

that I felt for so long.........

ansoma

;)

PS-

What's up Fritolay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I can speak for the group when I say that I (we) miss your

posts already and have been praying for you on the regular.

Can't wait to read your next post and then get out the dictionary so

that I can actually understand it....

;););)

Hi All- Thank you for your words of encouragement, they got me through the last couple of days. I am not quite so depressed. I blow dried my phone.....it works but I lost the camera. I left it sitting on the heater vents for a couple of days and turned it during the day to dry up the condensation. You can see the water marks but hey, atleast it works. Mel wrote me and tried to make me feel better. She did;) She said everybody seems to wash their cell phone during high stress periods. Nice to know I am normal in one circle......lol Wheewww.....Has anyone ever experienced a swarm? More like an attack? I was working with a pesticide called Triazicide, I'm out of everything else. This stuff makes them very angry...kills them....makes them very angry. If anybody ever uses this stuff, after spraying, GET OUT for about 36 hours. Its so cold here, and I sprayed my

car enough to soak it and by morning the entire interior was frozen solid. After turning on the heater for 15 minutes, it started to drip down off the visors.....I wiped the glass down at work during lunch, but the car is still frozen solid. No activity. I was thinking, its so cold that it immobilizes them or do they go dormant? Then when it warms up during the day, they pick up in activity? So if it is cold enough to immobilize them, then it would make the pesticide more effective due to them not being able to get away from it? Am I thinking right here, it would result in higher exposure? The Triazicide seems to last awhile longer than all the other methods I have tried. Oh, I put a bottle of windex w/ ammonia-d and a stack of paper towels in a plastic bag of course, so I could wipe the steering and such everyday when I get out. If you live in a warmer clime and try this stuff, do not get in your car for a couple of

days. What I experienced in the summer was an attack similiar to the one I just experienced in my home a couple of days ago. Mel, you asked if I have thrown anything away. I actually have a trailer I am loading today and more later. I am not going to go crazy and throw the antiques until K-State confirms dx (diagnosis). SOM- you said hint hint in your post about my fielding questions. It would be an honor but I think I would rather work through someone. Medical professionals don't seem to like me very well....;) I will do it, but I am afraid of putting her off. I am behind on my posts. So if I understand everything right, Dr. S is going to set up the actual call for security, we call an 800# after 7P time, and we will be patched through? I have looked for a list of questions, but I haven't come across them all yet. I have about 30 or so. More if you want to include

Morgellon's. I think before we start just posting random questions, we should define the areas in which our questions originate. 1) Identification of said mites. 2) Treatment methods 3) Behaviour 4) Life Cycles 5) Environmental concerns 6) Zoonosis 7) Pets 8) Children 9) Social concerns 10) Health effects 11) Work Place concerns 12) Misc. Additionally, there are common factors we all have but I am interested in the specifics that we all might or might not have in common. ie: Such as what products do we use, supplements, foods we eat, places we go or work, areas in which we live. I dont want the name of the places, just a general description. Institutional vs. office,

warm vs. cold, north vs. south, farm belt, large city, etc. I am especailly interested in perfumed products too. Moist vs. dry, mountains vs. sea, lakes, ponds, rivers.......grassy, trees, cement.....health factors, living factors, apts vs homes, animals vs. pets..... Since I have no idea how I was exposed to this and I could whip of a few instances in which it could of happened, I would find it quite interesting to know why I am suffering and others are not, or why I am suffering worse than others in my home. I think if we cold define some of the commonalities prior to talking with Dr. S might be helpful. I'm pretty sure that is what Quantum and the doctor will do sooner or later. A comparison to the info. they have already collected. Its the basic leg work to research. Shieesh....this is a long post. I'll stop here....be back tonight....gotta go work......You guys have done such a tremendous job...I am proud to be a

part of this group....we have a lot of strong, motivated people here...I feel good things are going to start happening.sikofmites <sikofmites@...> wrote: Ray- very good news! Fritolay- I'm glad to know you are feeling better and to see you post

again!

I've done the exact same thing with the insecticide. Two days ago I

sprayed heavily inside the cars with creolin and next morning was hell

getting the ice out of the inside of the car.. Not to say the seats were

all wet so I had to use plastic bags to sit on. I left the car running

at lunch time in the sun with and it helped to dry out the windows and

seats.

I have also used Triazide, both formulas, the gamma and lambda

cyhalotrin? and a good number or commercially available pesticides. With

all types of pesticides or safe products, I've noticed that when excited

or disturbed, they tend to invade me, I guess since I'm not covered in

pesticide. So what I try to do is start sprayin the ceiling, then walls,

then below to stop them from escaping and minimize the ones that swarm

me. They still do and I have to bathe after cleaning every day, I use it

as a way to measure the degree of infestation in a particular area. For

example, I've noticed they tend to hide behind wall pictures and inside

chest drawers.

Pesticides seemed to have some effect for a couple of days but the

problem I have is the residual effect on people. I know my wife wants to

hang me everytime I mention this to her but I've used so many pesticides

that I don't want to use them anymore because I haven't seen any better

results than when I use straight ammonia or diluted creolin. Those are

the only two " safe " things I've found that work for the ones I have.

From Ray's experience I think what worked for him is that he actually

eliminated them faster than they were able to reproduce. If we consider

that anything we apply does not have any residual effect over a day,

then we would have to treat everyday or every couple of days to prevent

them from growing into adults and multiplying. The use of a safe product

for humans is the only way I can see of acomplishing this without

causing more damage than good.

There are also some enzyme formulated pest control products available

but they are not cheap, so I just wanted you to think about that.

Great thoughts on the conference call topics!

Hey- what's going on? I can't seem to get to the group in the normal

way... It says that I have wrong URL when I try to log in. I don't

know if this will even get posted... Maybe I'm doing something

wrong...

Cheers-

ansoma

Also, so nice to hear you're feeling better FL.
