Guest guest
Several people are asking me about the salt and how I'm using it. I think the silver bullet in all this is leaving a layer of salt on the skin. When this all started with my husband and I two years ago we would take epsom salt baths and they would make our skin feel better but they wouldn't kill these things. This way I'm leaving a layer of salt on my skin as much of the day as possible. When I go to the bathroom I pour more salt water between my legs and down my legs. When I'm home I dripple the salt water in my hair and work it through the scalp and hair. In other words I reapply the salt water through out the day as often as I can and then at night I pour it on, blow dry it on to the skin and try my best to fall asleep with all that salt on my pillow. Also I soak every item of clothing that touches me at least over night. It can be just plain water but I use empty clorox bottles filled with water to weigh the clothing and bedding down so that the items are completely under the water. These " things " don't seem to have snorkles. I always leave my combs and brushes in a clorox water or salt water solution. I'm expermenting with a bucket of salt water and a sponge. I'm wiping down everything I can with the salt water. It seems to sweep up from the floor each time I vaccum. All my floors are hard surface flooring. I tore out all the carpet in my house and I had to buy a new car....I wish I had know about the salt, I may have been able to use salt in the car carpet and seats and that may have got the " things " out of my car. I hope this info is of help to the others living with this nightmare....hang in there....Rita
