I wanted to tell everyone what a nurse told me. I was seeing one of the doctors who did absolutely nothing for me but as I was leaving his nurse stopped me and told me that she has seen people with this on their skin before and she said she has notice where most are making a big mistake. She said once you start to feel fewer and fewer of the things on your skin that's the time to hit the hardest doing the skin and environmental work. She also said that from the first week that you feel no activity on your skin don't stop your skin regime until 3 months past the date of the last time you felt them on you. So if you start seeing improvement hit the things even harder and don't stop until you have a full 3 months of no sensations on your skin....it sounded like good advice and I wanted to pass it on. Hey Frito, you are right about the environment. I had my housetreated again (fifth time, 3 x with dragnet, once by myself withfoggers at home depo, and now with tempo and gentrol and exiciter). Ifound a good PCO and did my house and office at the same time andfogged my car. Anyway, after the treatment I found at least 100 deadflies on my deck behind my house. It was cool here for flies to bearound, I assume when they fogged my attic the fly eggs hatched andflies died on their way out of the attic. Which tells me there may bea dead rodent or bird up there. I have now taped the access panelshut and hope nothing else comes down. I have not been bitten in sometime, but still have the crawlie sensation. I was supposed to see oneof the specialists mentioned in the Wash Post article next week butthink I will cancel the appointment as I see he thinks we are crazy. The other doctor, s' office is very near me so I think I willtrack him down. He has morgellons so should be willing to at leastlisten. Its so sad how the medical profession has so little to offeranyone with a difficult diagnosis. I am concerned about the idea of a parasite in my system and if theyare there I intend to get the out. This makes sense to me as theproblem seems to have changed from mites to something else. Maybe ifI get back into working out, proper diet, etc. I can get my immunesystem back to speed. The salt bath has been a God send. As a Christian, I will say that all the trauma has stopped a sinpattern in my life and brought me closer to God. So there is good outof all this. In addition to interrupting a developing sin pattern mypride level is come down a lot. Hard to be proud when you are tryingto make it through the day, throwing out your thousand dollar suitsand three hundred dollar sweaters, your bed and sleeping on a blow upbed in a spare bedroom. Hi Rita and Mike.....I agree. If the parasitic mite as Dr. S stated does have an average lifecycle of 21 days, then 63 days or three lifecycles would be sufficient to remove the entire infestation. 3 months would allow for differences in mites, and factors in which enable them to a longer lifespan than 21 days (humidity, etc) I wanted to thank you for providing me with the missing ingredient in my clay mix. About a year ago, the derms gave me a shampoo to use as a lotion, being instructed to use everyday for one hour or overnight. It actually cured me back then, but I didn't use it long enough. Only two weeks. But then, again we thought we were treating tinea versa not mites. I am now having the same results with this "clay, sulfur and salt" lotion that I did back then. I can't thank you enough. I have been using since last week when you posted and the results are

fantastic. My skin isn't dry and flaking, but it does draw and dry the bites quite effectively. My biting did increase but is not producing bumps. It is also healing my scars. I will try the salt water in my nose and ears and keep you posted.Rita and Mike Carlson <rcarlson30@...> wrote: I wanted to tell everyone what a nurse told me. If I ever get to the point where I am mite free, I plan on

continuing the treatments for a year.

I wanted

to tell everyone what a nurse told me. I was seeing one of the

doctors who did absolutely nothing for me but as I was leaving his

nurse stopped me and told me that she has seen people with this on

their skin before and she said she has notice where most are making

a big mistake. She said once you start to feel fewer and fewer of

the things on your skin that's the time to hit the hardest doing the

skin and environmental work. She also said that from the first week

that you feel no activity on your skin don't stop your skin regime

until 3 months past the date of the last time you felt them on you.

So if you start seeing improvement hit the things even harder and

don't stop until you have a full 3 months of no sensations on your

skin....it sounded like good advice and I wanted to pass it on. Rita
