I am happy you found out about this-

we have covered the B-1

issue before on f1c and many reported back that it worked

well.

I will add yours to the testimonies under links.

Thanks for submitting it.

I really think - other than the fact all B's are good for us, that

the B-1 changes our scent. I take Swanson (online purchase)

Brewer's yeast. It has 240 mg of B-1, B-2 is 80 and Niacin is 600

So it has more than just B-1. The Niacin with added Garlicin

would lower cholesterol as well.

It is great for our nervous system- Morg's causes an increase in

stress and we really need this one- don't you agree>?

I mentioned before when I get stressed out I can't sleep and so I

realize then that I need the B's and get back on it. 2 in the am

and 2-3 at night.

When my husband gets edgy I drop some of those in his protein drink

or add to soups - you know the wifey creative things we do to make

our families better. By the way- Brewers yeast does not add to

candida as the name implies---yeast. So don't worry about that one.

Bottomline- I sure agree with you about the attraction. My

experience in the past has been that it works to detract them.
