Inter- collegiate HIV/AIDS Poster Competition

Respected Sir/Madam,

Greetings from the AIDS Desk, NLH & MB, Chennai.

AIDS Desk has been actively involved in the Prevention, Care, Rehabilitation and

Awareness programmes/activities on HIV/AIDS since 1989. We have a well-equipped

professionally qualified team of committed Doctors, Social Workers, field level

and Para medical staff.

We are conducting an Inter-collegiate poster competition among the college YOUTH

in all the colleges on " STIGMA & DISCRIMINATION " against People Living With

HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs). The purpose of this competition is to involve the youth to

bring about innovative and creative new ideas as a participatory approach in

this exercise. The winners will be awarded prizes and the selected posters will

be sent to the World Council of Churches, Geneva for Global Poster competition

Kindly take this opportunity to send your students to participate in this

competition and bring a change in the lives of those who are infected with

HIV/AIDS every second. Herewith, we enclose the registration form.

Notes:

a) Five to ten (5 - 10) participants from each college can take part

All the materials should be brought by the participants (White chart paper,

colours etc.)

c)Last date for Registration Tuesday 15/07/2003

d)Forms should reach us by Tuesday 15/07/2003 (5.00.P.M.)

d)Certificates and mementos will be given to the winners
