LL- well, first I got rid of anything organic aside from the clothes

that I absolutely needed. This includes anything made of any type of

fiber, anything made of wood, paper, etc. You name it, I got rid of

it. Since then, I wash my clothes and bedding with 7th Generation

laundry detergent daily if possible after soaking it in epsom salts

for as long as possible and have a fresh set that I use when the

other's are in the wash. I also vaccuum daily and wipe down all

surfaces with Simple Green cleaner which seems to leave a coating that

these things don't like. The idea is to never let these things get

settled and multiply ANYWHERE in my environment and it seems to be

working. Personally, I think the best bet is to make your environment

as much like an operating room in a hospital or dentists office as

possible. If you have ever noticed one of these rooms they are all

filled with things made of stainless steel, plastic and hard, flat

floors all of which are non-porous and can be easily cleaned at a

moment's notice which inhibits the growth of bacteria, viruses,

crawlies, etc. The only people I have ever met / spoken to who have

beat this were all militant about their daily cleaning regimens-

STAY ON TOP OF THIS LL and don't let any clutter build up in your

environment that stops you from being able to wipe down ALL surfaces

and clean EVERYWHERE daily.

I believe that this is extremely important and not cleaning constantly

is probably the leading cause of reinfestation in my opinion.

DO NOT give these things any rest- they hate constant cleaning and the

more you do it the more of a difference it will make.

Besides, they never give you a break do they?
