Guest guest Posted January 18, 2008 Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 I just read the transcripts of the teleconference between the media and Dr. Joe Selby of Kaiser Permanente and Dr. Michele Pearson of the CDC and it was somewhat interesting... They're conducting the study in Oakland, CA but they only have just over 1/2 million dollars to do it which isn't much. Atleast the media is now involved and they have a very special way of keeping pressure on the government. I will be making phone calls from now to the CDC and local and national media outlets in order try and make sure that this doesn't get swept under the rug. One thing I have noticed in everything I've read about this through the media is that there has never been one mention about mites being involved with this problem, they just say that " people feel crawling sensations on their skin. " I hope they include this as these mites are a direct result of this condition or atleast one of them. I will also refer everyone I speak with to www.birdmites.org and to our group.
