Yes, I've always taken vitamin E orally for dry skin, esp. in the

Winter time. I've been doing the salt, blow dryer thing for a couple

of days and it hasn't really dried me out that I can tell...

It's worth a try, I think vitamin E might help.

Also, I don't know how many health food stores are in your area but

I've been using this stuff called " Udo oil " for the past couple of

months and it is amazing for the skin. If you Google " Udo oil " you

may be able to order it online or find out where they sell it in your

area. I take 2 tablespoons every morning and it really does wonders

for my skin. I hope this helps.
