Re: salt has to be dried on to the skin

I don't know about table salt ...I was wondering if we could use table salt. All I know is that if you pour the salt on you, get out of the shower and blow dry that salt on to your skin until you look like you have been covered in talc the things will be gone. I am now mite free. I did not have luck just bathing in the salt....it didn't actually get the things off my body until I blow dried the salt on to my skin and left it there all night. In one week of doing this I am now mite or bug free.....it has worked for me. Rita

Hi Rita

i took a bath in epsom salt and did not rinsse

after--no good effects.

i want to try your method now.

how much epsom salt in how much water do you use???
