If anyone is interested in a topical, I have been using this mix in

which I recently added epsom salt and am having great results.

In a sauce pan on low heat and a handmixer ready:

1 C Epsom Salt

15tsp. MSM 1000mg/tsp or 8tsp. 4000mg/tsp

16 oz lotion of preference

1/4 C Sesame, Apricot Kernal, Coconut, or Olive Oil

Kaolin Clay

Add first four ingredients to pan, will coagulate. Use mixer to keep

fluffy. Do not boil or burn your mix. Heat until Epsom and MSM are

melted. Start with one cup of Kaolin Clay powder and use hand mixer to

mix in. Add another cup and do the same. Keep adding small increments

after the first two are mixed in. Your mix should have a smooth shampoo

like consistency. It should dry in a thinner film than that of spa

clay. Can leave on overnight or for one hour a day, everyday. I leave

on all night. It will sting in active areas. Heals lesions fast.

Hint: The clay will settle to the bottom of your pan. It will be

thicker on the bottom than nearer to the top. Mix well when evaluating

consistency. I funnel back into lotion bottle for convience of use.

For Hair:

Saucepan on low heat and hand mixer ready.

Bottle of favorite Hair conditioner

1C. Epsom Salt or Borax

Same amount of MSM as indicated above

Hair conditioner will most likely coagulate when you begin to heat. Use

mixer and it will keep in fluffy. My scalp seems to be improving.

Throat:

Gargle with Listerine, Hydrogen Peroxide, Epsom salt. (don't swallow)

Nose:

Nasal Lavage with Epsom salt saline water and bulb. I coat mine with

doxycycline film. Seems to have helped immensly.
