GN- once again, I know that stiff, weak feeling, esp. when you wake

in the morning.

I was given a lot of different opinions on whether I should be still

or try to remain active while dealing with this and I decided a long

time ago that I was going to continue being active and working out 3

times a week even though some really smart people told me not to and

I'm glad I did stay active as I believe it made my body and mind more

prepared and able to fight these things once I found the right path.

It was painful at times and there were many times that I went to the

gym and didn't even make it out of the locker room to begin working

out due to the pain in my joints and exhaustion.

That isn't the case now, thank God...

Do what you can, when you can and keep fighting.

Ray's post about manifesting our thoughts and beliefs relates

directly to what I'm saying in my opinion.

God bless-

som

;)
