Dear Members,

This is one ugly incident which should be condemned in

one voice. The State govt should find out if people of

this locality are all free from HIV or not and they

should all be booked for the crime. The matter should

also be taken up strongly by NACO and the Health

Ministry. This is simply the height of insanity which

if not tackled immediately will make the situation

from bad to worse. Policy makers please wake up !

May the departed soul rest in PEACE.
