Guest guest
I have tried it, the horsepaste. I just rub it on an active area. It should work. One lady on the topix scabies forum said that she used a whole container of horsepaste on her hands, which were infested, and it cleared her hands. I have also tried the alcohol based ivermectin, which is to be used topically, but it doesn't work that well. Guest guest
Thanks Mel. I may try that on my scalp, and I'm pretty sure the local farm supply store will have the horse paste. I looked at Walmart last night and couldn't find any. I bought a new sulfodene dog product for treating " hot spots " , I may try that as well. The cashier lady was real interested in it because her dog keeps scratching and is going bald. Her veterinarian prescribed stuff that didn't work, and then finally told the lady that it was all in the dog's head. > Has anyone tried using ivermectin topically to kill the bugs in the skin? > > myrtle > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
