The bird breeder/keeper world has been dealing with this problem for a

long time. The webmaster of the site below received over 1,000 letters

from her members complaining of this problem. She wrote to the CDC.

It is not clear if these mites are a vector of a far more serious

problem - Morgellons Disease - which the CDC is finally studying.

We do know that many people who start out with a " mite problem " end up

with Morgellons Disease. I did.
