Guest guest
In December, when I was VERY ill, a friend of mine and a patient of a morg's physician gave me some advice. I can only pass on what he told me. The very first thing in the way of cleansing is to do an intestinal cleanse and a yeast cleanse. There are combo products, but I chose to do seperate ones. I was told then and have since confirmed that info, if you cannot clean out the colon and the yeast in your intestines, nothing you put in will be absorbed properly do perform it's intended function. Simply because it cannot perfuse through all the junk we have acquired through the years and out to our body where it should take effect. (I also feel this may have a profound influence on the med's we may ingest) To do any cleanse, it takes time to whittle away all those years of junk. I have found only two intestinal cleanses worth their weight. Unfortunately, they are expensive, but they work wonderfully. I wish had had just gone ahead and invested in it, in the end it would have been less expensive and the results, I got signifigant results within a relatively short time as compared to the others I had been doing for months. That being said, Colonix and Happy Tummy. In that order. I actually do both. I had candida in the intestine. Believe me, I had it and I saw it. The most powerful thing I have ever done is 8 oz. of water, 2 table spoons of salt, and probably about a fouth of a cup of lemon concentrate. I accidently jerked and dumped a whole bunch in. The reaction of my stomach was immediate. I was very nauseous, ill for about 4 hours. I laid down. When I woke up, I went to the restroom and it wasn't pleasant, so I'll spare you TMI. The results were spores and hyphae in the toilet......yeee-uk. After that incident, my headache and nausea passed. I have since been doing a candida cleanse called CandaGone and recently have stopped. It took me seven months to get where I am now. I think I'm good in the yeast department. After seeing results from the intestinal and yeast cleanse, I started a parasite cleanse. I have not stopped with that yet. Z had incredible results with one. It is also pricey, but the things I hear about it are all good. I have tried others and am currently on Dr. Hildy's protocol. I am also improving. Mel, I think from the sounds of it has a recipe for Liver and gallstone cleanse in which I am eventually going to do after what I am doing now. For other liver and kidney detox issues, exposures to all the pesticides and med's, teas are a wonderful way to detox. You can also find these in broad category teas or single teas combined. My protocol combines single teas, plus I have my own, and a couple of combo ones as well. Ingredients you want to look for: This depends on what is really going on with you. Its easy to give a broad explanation but in doing so some things, just don't work for all. What has worked for you in the past? Give me a short while and I will cut and paste some more info on ingredients. Cleansing is not a quick fix, but the investment in yourself will help you in this battle and help keep those whom have beat this crap farther away from having to deal with it again. I have made a lifetime commitment to interval cleansing. I don't ever want to be in the dark place I was at in December. XXOO........Frito Cleanses ... anyone? If one were to do any type of cleanses whether it be parasite, colon, candida...etc. .. Which one would you do first and why? Which one would you choose to do next & why? Is there anything else that one should be doing while doing a cleanse? I know this is alot of info to ask for, it's just I'm really wondering if our "Mite Mare" is over. What if these things are internal and I don't know it...yet? By not, or only mildly, treating myself internally, could I in affect, reinfect our environment? Guest guest
Hi Frito, Very interesting. I have had a problem with candida for years. Tried a lot of things and I'm ashamed to say I'm always going off the diet because I am weak willed. I had surgery a year and a half ago. Before that I was on antibiotics for 3 months. After getting infection in hospital on them for another month. I moved a year ago and was under stress from moving, work, and these bugs. I have been so run down from fighting them. Anyway, I am going to try these cleanses and stick to the diet. My question is what did candida look like? I didn't know you could see it. I bought the ingredients to day for the body cleanse. Can't wait to try it. How are you doing? Good still? You are so informative and I can't thank you enough. lou From: fritolay66 <fritolay66@...>Subject: Re: Cleanses ... anyone?bird mites Date: Saturday, July 5, 2008, 6:00 PM In December, when I was VERY ill, a friend of mine and a patient of a morg's physician gave me some advice. Guest guest
Hi there Lou......I have been on antibiotics for most of my life. Not one physician thought to put back what they took out of my body. You can't really take probiotics until all the junk is cleared up a bit, otherwise, they just won't survive the trip or do any good. Whatever diet principal you choose to follow according to what is going on with oneself, I really feel it is quite impossible to follow anything straight to the letter. Trying and succeeding in little bits leads to bigger bits! Or should I say "bites"? Ohhh, to many avenues there....I have said this many times here, fungus and candida attract, protect, and help feed these "things". There are other aspects, no doubt about that, but this is a biggie. Part of being run down is issues with internal yeast or fungal infections which then lead to all sorts of issues. Principally the absorption of nutrients and how they are used in our body. A biggie. Candida and what it looks like?...........Mucousy stools, diarhhea, and in my case the actual visualization of spores and hyphae. My entire bowel mvmt. (here's the TMI) were exactly those. Many and black. So substance what-so-ever in that one. There is absolutely no doubt I had internal yeast. NONE. You asked how I was doing. I am doing good, I think. You know this thing seems to whack you down whenever you verbalize anything. Time will tell. If you are commited to this cleansing thing, please prepare to the possibility of feeling worse before you feel better. I have been doing this for about 7 months now. Over time, I promise, it does get better, but it does nothing for the immediate issues. In the beginning of this, I hit it hard and I was brutal on myself. I had horrible herx reactions. I was fighting mad. If you do feel especially bad one day, cut down your dose, until you feel better and then slowly work up again. There really is no need to do to yourself what I did, in the end, we all end up in the same place. Don't forget to fight the mites. Your internal terrain, your external terrain, and your environment, and your pets. Motivation........when the "mite" mare started, I was training hard for a marathon. My goal was for the 1/2 Ironman to start. I became very ill after these bird mites. Only recently, have I been able to start running and cycling again. Granted, not near the capacity I was at, but I can taste it.......its on the horizon, although my butt needs to stop hurting before I get back on my bike again. I was atleast able to push past one exhaustion phase. What that means to me, is that my body is recovering after exhasution......that would be a good thing....... Cleanses ... anyone? If one were to do any type of cleanses whether it be parasite, colon, candida...etc. .. Which one would you do first and why? Which one would you choose to do next & why? Guest guest
trlyblest... I do think it is a wise and safe move to continue to treat yourself internally after you have a clean environment.....whats that saying 'what we dont know, wont hurt us, it will kill us'- a bit dramatic I know but I have been constantly working on my internals since the infestation....because yes, I absolutely think that they can go internal then come out again and re-infest both you and the environment..... I havent done all the cleanses that frito has done and others have done.....I've done a parasite cleanse, and am following a parasite/lyme/candida diet.....I've also just started the salt and vitamin c by mouth.....I'm also taking opaline....which is a detox. www.healthwalk.com (parasite cleanse) www.opalinesolutions.com the salt is with out any preservatives like iodine...its natural salt. This is what I am doing, and will be doing for a long time.... You know how we were talking about the need to desensatize our skin post mite horror....well that day I began taking the salt and c and and have noticed a total improvement in the irritated skin symptoms.... anyway trylblest....you are over the worst part....for your own peace of mind, you might want to try some of the ideas that people are doing for your internal.....at the very least it will make you health.... z > > If one were to do any type of cleanses whether it be parasite, colon, > candida...etc... > > Which one would you do first and why? > > Which one would you choose to do next & why? > > Is there anything else that one should be doing while doing a cleanse? > > I know this is alot of info to ask for, it's just I'm really wondering > if our " Mite Mare " is over. > What if these things are internal and I don't know it...yet? > By not, or only mildly, treating myself internally, could I in affect, > reinfect our environment? >
Guest guest
Hi again Frito, I am so sorry about the morgellons. How long have you known. Do you take any medicine along with the herbs? I am quite worried about this. Do you know the picture of the lady's hand with the big round sores. Are these what lesions look like? Because after I used paw paw for about a week, I got these from head to toe. Ilooked like a freak (as my daughter called me). And I felt really awful too. I counted and there were at least 500 or more. I was terribly bloated and swollen and my medical/natural dr. told me (after going to a dermatologist and he said I had delusional parasitosis) that she believed this was possible and got a bit angry with me becuase she said it must be my diet and if I stayed on the diet this bug would leave me. I asked her several times if it was morgellons and she said no. But I have seen wormie things and yesterday at a picnic I ate all the wrong things and I felt like my face was alive last night. I am getting so many qustions answered after all this time I feel like I can't stay off this site. I used the chlorox body wash last night and this morning and will try the one you mentioned tonight. I should be clean anyway. Does your diet say no vinegar because that is one of the things I crave as well as salt. I feel I'm making headway with my car and carpet with the chlorox and salt also. It's the best it's ever been. How old is your son? My granddaughter is five. Guest guest
Frito I missed all the previous posts until just now when I noticed you had written, I am going to try those cleanses that you named. Did you buy them online? I've heard of the hildy clark parasite cleanse (I know that ones online), its supposed to be one of the best out there.... Guest guest
Hi Lou. I have been known to dable in med's, enough to know that most of them were ineffective. I think there were many contributing factors to their ineffectiveness. Do I ever take herbs. Dr. Hildy's protocol is quite all inclusive I must say. Very good protocol. She is the one responsible for my body's recovering process. She is absolutely brilliant when it comes to toxins and healing the body after exposure. That is one protocol I follow to the letter. Actually, the only one. I have had very few instances of exceptions in that one. As far as or other diets: You will find that following several protocols at once can make you crazy. I don't like that state personally, so I again tailor those recommendations to my needs. What I do know of craving's is as follows. It can be signals from this "thing" we all suffer, It can be a subconscious signal from your body for what it needs to fight and/or what it needs to recover. Which one it is, is specific to you. Does the ACV and salt make you feel better or worse? How does your body react? Personally, I don't believe fermented products are bad for you although other sources will say so. The amino acids derived from fermented products such as ACV and sauerkraut are exponentially important to the chemical processes that take place in our bodies (SOD, Superoxide dismutase). How they are fermented is more important. Paw Paw is a fruit correct? In this instance, it is probably good for you, but even with everything good, moderation is key? Many break out in hundreds of lesions whom are suffering Morgellons. Have these healed since? Are you still eating mass quantities of it? My own regimen is a balance between natural sugars derived from fruits, vegies of differing colors and there- for function, protein and also where it comes from( plant vs. animal, beef vs. other forms), and good fats. Bee's candida regimen is quite good at all that. Her site has many informative folders you can read for weeks. Again, you will come across conflicting do's and don'ts while treating multiple systems. Listen to what your body tells you and tailor accordingly. You will consistently change things to tailor. As one improves, one will find a broader base is available to them. It really does get better with age. I am glad you are doing well also. Stay that way. You asked me how old my son is, he is 14 and I am 41. Guest guest
Thanks frito, I am going to do a colon cleanse first, that makes sense to me, and yes I do plan to try dr. Hulda s parasite cleanse and I will let you know how it compares to the cheaper one I have been using. I was really interested in both your and Myrtles posts earlier about the pros and cons of parasite cleansing....it was all really interesting... > > > > > > If one were to do any type of cleanses whether it be parasite, > > colon, > > > candida...etc. .. > > > > > > Which one would you do first and why? > > > > > > Which one would you choose to do next & why? > > > > > > Is there anything else that one should be doing while doing a > > cleanse? > > > > > > I know this is alot of info to ask for, it's just I'm really > > wondering > > > if our " Mite Mare " is over. > > > What if these things are internal and I don't know it...yet? > > > By not, or only mildly, treating myself internally, could I in > > affect, > > > reinfect our environment? > > > > > >
