Dear ,

To the best of my knowledge there is no one called Tammy on this list. I even checked the list of members. Perhaps she wrote to you privately? Or she is on another list?

Tammy if you are here, my apologies for not seeing you. Please feel free to send in a profile if you so desire.

Kind Regards,

Mark Dresden,

Elderwyn Management.

Probably...I personally don't like to rebatch but my favorite ways to use up

a " not-quite-right " batch is to chunk it up (peel it into curls with a vege.

peeler) and stir into a cp base at medium trace. You can get quite creative

this way.

Also, I like to use it as liquid soap or laundry soap...much better for the

old septic anyways! :o)))

Wow Kristy! Your place sounds great. And kudos to you for sticking

it out with a boss that has already made you cry! Some people!

You're selling real estate - right? You have a lot on your plate

right now ... so best of luck. And you are probably burning more

calories....stress alone.

{{{{hugs}}}}} Men are just silly. I am really sorry yours is being so stubborn. I talked with my hubby last night and told him ya know you dont have to like what I am doing, you dont have to agree with what I am doing, you dont even have to eat the food I am eating but you dont need to put me down either! He got all upset and said that was not what he was doing, and he was sorry. I dont really think he meant any harm in the things he has been saying but he tends to talk and then insert his foot into his mouth AFTER he has already said something hurtful. I dont exercise in front of him either, I wait unitl he is at work. I hope you dont let your hubby break your spirits too much, We are all here for you! I say go to the park if you wanna go to the park or go to the gym if you wanna go to the gym. One of the ladies here told me when I first joined (I am sorry I forget who) IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU!!!!!!!! And ya know what that has rang in my ears

since that day. It is all about you! and me and every other wonderful woman on this list. I have made up my mind that even if he says something hurtful even if he doesnt meant it (heck even if he does) I dont care its about me and right now that is all I care about! Hang in there Tammy, and I am only an email away if you wanna talk. Hugs Myssi

i total understand and identify here and i am determined to succeed this time no matter what he tells me. i just need to vent sometimes-- lol. he frustrates me so much and it is difficult to talk to him about it b/c everytime i try he turns it and says it's my fault that i did it. it's never his fault just mine, in his eyes. he can do no wrong but i do everything wrong and i just need to vent sometimes b/c if i get too frustrated and it gets too bottled up im liable to stop trying and get depressed. we really dont have any friends other than his bestfriend who is married to my cousin and anything i say to them gets back to him through his best friend or gets twisted and turned and told to my mother and comes back on us. i hate the grapevine in families sometimes lol. i started experimenting with exercising yesterday. im trying out different types of exercises to see what i can do and what i cant do. i dont want anything that is too hard but i want something to challenge my body

and walking really doesnt challenge my body b/c ive been walking for the last three years we didnt have a car until recently so we had to walk anywhere we wanted to go grocerie shopping clothes shopping whatever we'd sometimes walk a sixty miles in a day so walking really doesnt phase me or challenge my body so i want to try something that will. im glad that im able to have peple to talk to here on the list b/c it is really making this journey alot easier on me now that i can vent to someone without the worry of my husband coming hom screaming b/c it got twisted from what i orginally said. lol tammyMyssi <justmyssi@...> wrote: {{{{hugs}}}}} Men are just silly. Unfortunately for you, the exerise for weight loss is in excess of what

activities you normally do, so in your case, yeah, you need to find

something else.

> we didnt have a car until recently so we had to walk anywhere we wanted to

go

This fact alone probably added about 20 pounds. On another list there's a

woman who worked as a waitress and was constantly on her feet, walking and

carrying trays for 8 or more hours a day. Within a month after losing the

job she put on about 20 pounds with no change in her eating habits. She's so

frustrated, because she was already on a fairly low calorie diet already, so

can't cut back on her eating, and with her injury can't workout enough to

equal the work she did as a waitress.

>we'd sometimes walk a sixty miles in a day

Holy crap! How fast did you walk to cover this distance in one day?

Does your library have a good selection or exercise videos? Or your local

video store? Our library has a few, mostly from the Firm series, but

Blockbuster has none. Our old mom & pop video stores, now long closed,

always had a pretty good selection. That's where I found my first

Sansone video.

yesterday i tried calastenicsright now i am trying different exercises seeing what effect they have on my body and the way i feel plus my wt along with experimenting with different foods. see what combinations healt and which do not. we use to walk pretty fast actually. we'd leave around seven am to start walking and sometimes we wouldnt get home until 10- 11 pm at night. and that all was with a baby in tow lol. we had a good stroller but some of the roads out here are a bit difficult to get down b/c there is no side walk to we had to push and lift the stroller over grass and rocks , curbs it just all depended. and the hills up here oh man i always hated the hills i'd get halfway up one of those and be huffing and puffing. if i could get to the hills from here before dark from my house id go for walking up those but my husband doesnt leave the house until one sometimes almost two to go to work and right now it gets dark around five i dont feel very

comfortable walking in the dark around here with my baby in tow there is no way to fight off anyone who might want to harm us. we have an awesome library here but i cant rent from it right now. im waiting on that day you can return books without a huge fine. i checked out some books there and then i got really sick so i couldnt return them and my husband refused to do so either. so im stuck other wise i would probably be up there every other day lol. i love reading and i love information. and the walk would be great since it is sitting on a 90 degree hill lol. tammySue in NJ <susang3@...> wrote: > i dont want anything that is too hard but i want something to challenge mybody and> walking really doesnt challenge my body b/c ive been walking for the lastthree yearsUnfortunately

Tammy here is some more info from the site....

If the patient must travel more than 900 to 1,000 miles - the various

no-cost or deep discount airline ticket programs are most ideally suited.

If this is the case then callers to the Patient Travel HELPLINE will be

referred to the airline travel desk in the National Patient Travel Center.

(click here <http://www.patienttravel.org/patient_travel_resources.htm#2>

for more)

1. If you meet all the criteria described in (1) above except there are

reasons you cannot fly on light aircraft or the distance you need to travel

exceeds 900 to 1,000 miles, you are probably eligible for one or another of

many available airline donated ticket or reduced-rate ticket programs. Call

the National Patient Ticket <http://www.patienttravel.org/hotline2.htm>

HELPLINE at 1-800-325-8908. Assistance in utilizing one of the airline

programs will be provided. Access to these programs is not normally

available by making calls to the airlines.

2. If you meet all the criteria described in (1) above except there are

reasons you cannot fly in light aircraft or the distance you need to travel

exceeds 900 to 1,000 miles, you are probably eligible for one or another of

many available donated or deep discount airline ticket programs. Call the

National Patient Travel HELPLINE at 1-800-296-1217. Assistance in directing

you to the correct person handling airline programs for which you may

qualify will be provided. Access to these programs is not normally available

by directly calling the airlines.

Mercy Medical was going to fly me from great falls montana.. to NIH.. im sure

that is longer then 1000...

Tammy

Tammy,

As I browse the site for Mercy it links to the same info as Angel Flights...

and does have a 1000 mile limit. I would really look into Omega... and

contact the person I sent you the info and email address....

Omega World Travel.... does NOT have mile limits.

I would also call Mercy and Angel Flights and ASK them if they have any info

on other services for longer flights.... They may be able to help since

Rhonda is not helping. Unreal!

I need to try and sleep... Good night.

Hi Tammy,

I have only just read your post about Clay and wAS WNDERING HOW HE,

AND ALL OF YOU ARE, IT SOUNDS LIKE THINGS ARE STILL UP IN THE AIR WITH

HIS MEDICATIONS AND HE IS HAVING A VERY BAD TIME. MY THOUGHTS ARE

WITH YOU AND I AM HOPING SINCE YOUR LAST POST THINGS HAVE BEEN BETTER.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW CLAY IS, AND IF HE IS OUT OF HOSPITAL.

WE HAVE BEEN IN A PICKLE WITH FYN AGAIN AS HE HAD SOME STRANGE

REACTION TO THE ANAKINRA ON THE 14TH DAY, SO WE HAVE NOW STOPPED IT

AND ARE WAITING TO DISCUSS ON FRIDAY, HIS OPTIONS WITH PROF WOO.

I THINK THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS FOR FYN IS THE PRED, AND HAVE HAD

QUITE ENOUGH OF TRYING OTHER DRUGS FOR THE TIME BEING.

I HOPE YOU ARE WELL TAMMY AND HANGING IN THERE

Hi Tammy,

I hear your concern in how to treat your kids. I also have that

problem. My son who is 5 never was never bothered very much by them

but my daughter was the first to get attacked by them. I remember 2

years ago thinking maybe she had a food allergy and after taking her

to an allergist(no allergies),derm(she told me it was scabies) and

finally to my pdoc(she thought it was a viral rash) I finally started

rubbing vasaline on her everynight before she goes to bed. I just rub

it all over her stomach and back. I also have one of those sticky

rollar things and everynight I roll of her bed. I'm sure you've

already done this but I also covered both mattress and springs in

vinyl cover and just recently pillows too.I notice she has more or

less gotten rid of them and only gets bites if she wears something

she hasn't worn in over a week even though it goes straight into her

drawaers after it's laundered. I probably should bag her clothes too.

I just bought some lavender sachet at bed bath and beyong and I'm

going to try them in her drawers. You could give them epsom salt baths

(I know there is information online about how much to add for kids

because I have an autistic son and many people with kids use epsom

salt baths). There is a cream that contains epsom salts for kids but

I forget the name(Rita told me before but I forget). Anyway, I feel

your pain with regards to treating small kids.
