Also there was some kind of a connection between animals and the

streaks.

it would be weeks since a streak, but if I so much as walked through a

vet clinic/pet store door I would immediately get streaks.

let alone get close to an animal and touch one.

any thoughts on that? have you had any around animals/streaks

connections?

Thanks Z,

I am encouraged that maybe the red streaks may mean a near end to

these demons! One can only hope! :) I am on a no-sugar/yeast diet

and going to start on a cleanse today to see if I can't speed up the

process, too! It is so good to know that this can be conquered and

you, Ray and Rita are living proof! :) Thanks again for your

contributions to one and all.

Not sure if there is a correlation there but quite possible. I did

notice that after walking around a nearby lake one day I later

discovered rashes that I didn't feel or notice at the time I was

walking. These things are quite sneaky!

I started getting the red streaks after I changed my diet. I can't

tell if it is them leaving or going in. I had NEVER had them before

the diet change. I had a rashes this weekend, which was weird, and

they have now gone away. I couldn't tell if I got attacked by a bunch

or if it was actually a rash. I no longer get the normal bites I used

to, well, maybe once in a while. I don't know if I'm making things

worse or making things better. I still have the creepy crawlies and

small bites.

I have a doctor's appointment with a NP. I have to go to one before I

get a referral. I'm taking my load of science studies and boyfriend.

Hopefully I can make them take me more seriously. While I believe

I have adapted strategies to kill them on the outside such as

showering and constant cleaning, and the oven for the clothes, what a

God sent!, they are now under my skin hiding....those little fuckers.

How am I suppose to get them without taking a knife and craving them

out? I don't know, I'm reentering the medical community and hopefully

will get SOME doctor to help me along with this. I feel like I'm

shooting too many blanks.

I'm starting to think I might have Collembola. A study that was

documented with people found to have them in their skin had red

streaks too. Has anyone who has actually been diagnosed with mites

had those streaks as well? Either way, thanks for everyone's support

and I hope you all feeling better. I finally took one of my friend's

Zantex she gave me and can finally function. I realize crying won't

do anything about it but it sometimes makes it more manageable.

Hi ,

Glad to hear that you are doing better with your strategies. It

really is a lot of trial and error to find what works best for each

person.

Good luck with the doctor, too. I will pray that they listen to

you! And remember crying can be a good thing. I found that crying

helped to wash the little demons out of my eyes so the tears were not

in vain after all! (not to mention feeling better after a good cry) :)

Have you compared soaking your clothes (before washing them) with

cooking them and which one works the best? Any thoughts from others

on this as well? Thanks.

Honestly, probably the oven works better. I have tired the microwave

and normally 20 -30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees seems to do the

trick. I have soaked my clothes in ammonia for four days and there

still was a little bit. I do both though. The more the better I guess.

Thanks ,

I place the clothes on a cookie sheet on the middle rack. Have you

had any problems with some materials melting, etc.? (One of my slacks

accidently brushed against the coils in the oven and burned a spot on

one leg of the slacks.) UGH!

Oh god yes, I have lost some stuff already....not as bad as when I was

using the microwave. But like I said before, it is cheap clothes that

I don't cry over. There was one nice jacket I got at Goodwill that I

kind of liked. Oh, well. One thing I lost was my slippers shrank! I

was thinking, if I ever get over this, of making just a list of the

funny things that have happened to me....clothes burning has to been

one of them. Oh, and I just use the mental racks now. When I had

them on the bottom part they did burn. Luckily one of the dresses I

put in got burnt where you can't see it. I was thinking about the

cooking sheets but I don't want to spend money on it. I have spent so

much already.

Hi again,

Yes, I too have seen the specks on clothes and on others with the
