Dear Friends and colleagues

These readings produced by JSI(UK), DFID'S Resource Centre for Sexual and

Reproductive Health have been authored by Neil Price with Rupert Walder as

principal editor. The original documents were outputs from a programme at

the centre for Development Studies in Swansea, funded by DFID, to refine and

develop tools and guidelines on programme appraisal and monitoring to assist

civil society organisations working in poorer countries.

The two topics covered are -
