Guest guest
That is the question that has kept us awake at night. We could feel what ever this was crawling on our hands when we were dealing with the bird feeders. We could not see a thing on us but we sure could feel them. Nothing we used up until the Clorox had any effect on them. Yes....I know for sure they can sit in a highly saturated toxic atmosphere for 8 months without feeding....then be suddenly ready to crawl onto any body that gets near them. I nor my husband has ever seen anything move. We have never seen anything that looked like a bug. We saw white, black and flesh colored specks some so small that a magnifier had to be used , some about the size of a fleck of pepper. Larger white sesame sized things on the floors. God, what is this "thing"??? Rita Rita's epsom salt repellant? Rita and friends,Weren't you all recently talking about a lotion concoction being made with the epsom salts to be a repellant during the day for these mites? Would this be a substitute for the MSM? If not, can the MSM be used on my little children?do you all use the MSM alone, or with the tea tree oil and salt?Tammy
Guest guest
Rita, I had been following your bleach protocol and then switched to the lye. Bleach is very convienent in my hair and with the following shampoo and conditioner, doesn't seem to smell as bad as I thought. Since using the sodium hydroxide, same thing as your bleach, just a different sodium, I am having these whatever they are popping out of my skin. Literally, they pop. these are the larger of the teeny tiny specks. The teeniest ones, I am not sure, but I can swipe with alcohol and pick them up everytime. The bigger teeny ones, if that makes sense, are the ones I think are causing my lesions. I thought maybe some folks on here might find this an interesting read. I actually had some pop out of my lips today. I was with someone, and I asked him to look and he SAW them. Rita's epsom salt repellant? Guest guest
What type of lye soap are you using.....everyone will want to try it because it may not hurt like the bleach does. Guest guest
That sounds like bird mites to me, Rita. Especially from what you describe about handling the bird feeders, and the length of time they lasted (or the eggs lasted) without a host. Also, everything that got infested in your home. That is not sarcoptic mites; that's more like bird mites. But, you were able to get rid of them and that is worth it's weight in GOLD. Good for you, Rita. I was taking 1 tablespoon of plain table salt by mouth every day and now I only take 1 teaspoon by mouth per day. I sure wish all of us could beat this "thing"..... ........Rita Rita's epsom salt repellant? Guest guest
http://www.mosoap.com/Traditional_Soap/Traditional_Ozark_Handmade_Soap.htm I bought the variety pack with both the strong and the milder version. The scented soaps are not the same so don't make that mistake. Additionally I am using lotion after that also contains sodium hydroxide. They are as follows and I have been mixing the first two. If one were inclined, they could also add their essential oils for scent and mite killing properties, healing properties, etc. This one contains menthol and camphor as well. http://www.dermadoctor.com/product.asp?WID=%7B1443DAD1%2DC542%2D443A%2D980C%2D8922CCEF1112%7D & productid=92 This one contains Lactic acid as well as Sodium Hydroxide. http://www.dermadoctor.com/pages/Branddetail25.asp?WID=%7B1443DAD1%2DC542%2D443A%2D980C%2D8922CCEF1112%7D This one I am using specifically on my one resistant mutant lesion on my forehead. Short of using Kerosene or motor oil, nothing has ever touched this thing. This stuff does. To expensive to use body wide. Contains Sodium Hyaluronate. sp? http://www.dermadoctor.com/product.asp?productid=850 & WID=%7B1443DAD1%2DC542%2D443A%2D980C%2D8922CCEF1112%7D I did want to tell you guys. I have been using for a week and am starting to have some wierd results. It increased the activity. I have been rolling off stuff I can't begin to describe and skin too. I am not sure now about it, although my mutant lesion has been downgraded from level 10 to about a level two. I can say they definately don't like it. It uncovers them and sends them walking. I did ask in another forum about its use, and I was told that they had found Sodium Hydroxide in some Morg's samples but the patient hadn't had any known exposure to it.. I am not sure whether this was a bad thing or not, but what I am noticing in the short time of using it is that it does seem to penetrate deeper and seems to push them out. But then I am finding I am left with them crawling. So perhaps the epsom salt after will dessicate them as well as freeze them in it while repeling those in the environment coming on to you. Also, one can experience burning just like bleach. Salt on my body during the day is not something I could do and still can't when I am on contract. I am searching for something similar to your salt and bleach that works like it, and can be worn during the day undetected by sight or smell or atleast easily explained away.
